These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ags189 online gaming platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out herein.
All users must be at least 21 years of age. Accounts held by persons under 21 will be suspended immediately and all funds handled per our responsible gaming policy. Age verification documents are required during KYC.
Deposits and withdrawals are processed via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI, and major e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. USDT, Bitcoin, and Ethereum are also supported.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of offer. Requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash.
Each player is permitted exactly one registered account. Duplicate accounts will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances across all linked accounts. Household members sharing a device must each use separate accounts.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ags189 holds its international gaming licence. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the Platform. ags189 enforces a strict minimum age policy. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. ags189 reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time and to suspend any Account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction. The Platform is operated as an internationally licensed offshore gaming service. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction prior to registration. ags189 does not warrant or represent that the Platform is legal in any particular country or territory. Users located in a Restricted Jurisdiction are prohibited from registering or using the Platform.
2.3 Capacity to Contract. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, and that all information provided during registration is true, complete, and current.
2.4 Exclusion of Certain Persons. The following categories of persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account:
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each natural person is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. ags189 is entitled to suspend or close any Account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. ags189 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must notify ags189 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. ags189 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC documentation typically includes:
ags189 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until compliance is achieved.
3.5 Account Currency. Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) for all bank transfer and e-wallet transactions. Cryptocurrency transactions are processed in the relevant digital asset and converted to IDR-equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, as displayed on the Platform.
4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods. ags189 accepts deposits via the following channels, all of which are processed in IDR unless otherwise specified:
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for bank transfer and e-wallet methods. Minimum deposit thresholds for cryptocurrency transactions are displayed on the deposit page in real time and vary by network.
4.3 Deposit Processing Times. Bank transfers and e-wallet deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within a maximum of 5 minutes under normal operating conditions. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations for each respective blockchain, typically between 1 and 30 minutes.
4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that has previously been used to fund your Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. ags189 targets the following processing times for verified Accounts:
4.6 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published on the withdrawal page of the Platform and may be amended from time to time. ags189 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in tranches, particularly where liquidity management or enhanced due diligence requirements apply.
4.7 Fees. ags189 does not charge processing fees on IDR deposits or withdrawals. Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to standard network gas fees, which are the responsibility of the Player. Any fees charged by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider are outside ags189's control.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other promotional incentives offered by ags189 are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any portion of the Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that have not been fully wagered within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation. Real-money Balance is not affected by bonus expiry.
5.4 Game Contribution Rates. Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. The standard contribution schedule is as follows:
5.5 Bonus Abuse. ags189 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate an Account, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage, collusion, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers rather than engage in genuine recreational play.
5.6 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotional offer may be claimed once per eligible Account, per household address, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. ags189 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's unfamiliarity with game rules.
6.2 Sportsbook Betting. All sports wagers are subject to the ags189 Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately on the Platform. In the event of any technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error, ags189 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes to the relevant Accounts.
6.3 Live Games. Live dealer games stream in real time from certified studios. In the event of a disconnection mid-round, game outcomes are determined by the studio's recorded result. Where a round is inconclusive due to a technical failure on ags189's infrastructure (rather than the Player's internet connection), the stake will be refunded.
6.4 Togel Games. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are determined by official reference draws where applicable, or by certified RNG where an independent draw is used. Draw times and result publication schedules are displayed on the relevant togel game page.
6.5 Technical Malfunctions. ags189 is not liable for any loss resulting from equipment failure, communication disruption, or software errors on the Player's end. In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction on the ags189 Platform that materially affects a game outcome, the Company will investigate and, at its discretion, either void the affected round or honour the result, whichever is more equitable to the Player.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform. ags189 reserves the right to immediately suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account and to void all pending and settled wagers where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected:
8.1 Ownership. All Intellectual Property on the Platform — including but not limited to the ags189 name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, software, game content (where licensed), text, and databases — is owned by or licensed to ags189. Nothing in these Terms grants the Player any ownership right or licence over any Intellectual Property.
8.2 Limited Licence. ags189 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
8.3 Prohibited Use. You may not use the ags189 name, logo, or any other Intellectual Property in any marketing material, third-party website, social media content, or any other context without the prior written consent of ags189.
9.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data by ags189 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 Data Security. ags189 employs SSL 256-bit encryption, two-factor authentication, and AI-assisted anomaly detection to protect your Account and personal data. However, no system is entirely without risk, and ags189 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
9.3 Marketing Communications. With your consent at registration, ags189 may send you promotional communications via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting support or by updating your Account preferences.
10.1 Platform Availability. ags189 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
10.2 Limitation of Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ags189's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. ags189 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of business, regardless of the cause of action and whether such damages were foreseeable.
10.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited on the Platform. ags189 is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through the normal operation of its games and sportsbook.
11.1 Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, ags189 will process any eligible outstanding Balance to your verified payment method after completing any required due diligence checks.
11.2 Suspension or Termination by ags189. ags189 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for breach, all pending bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Legitimate real-money Balance (excluding funds derived from prohibited conduct) will be returned to the Player following satisfactory completion of due diligence, which may take up to 30 business days.
12.1 Right to Amend. ags189 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. For material changes, ags189 will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the registered email address.
12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ags189 holds its international gaming licence.
13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, ags189 encourages Players to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. The majority of disputes can be resolved promptly through direct communication.
13.3 Formal Dispute Process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notification to ags189, either party may escalate the matter to the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction. Players who are residents of Indonesia are responsible for determining the cross-jurisdictional implications of pursuing such a claim.
13.4 Language. These Terms are drafted in English. Any translation provided for informational purposes is not binding. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
